The primary focus will be on Options Middle Office, responsible for derivative trade capture, trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and position life-cycle events within the firm. Candidates must have experience covering all aspects of equity options. The role will also involve exposure to equities, futures, FX, and other listed products.

1. Manage all aspects of option exercises and assignments, contras, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
2. Validate, process, and settle all lifecycle events to ensure trade and position integrity.
3. Perform position and cash reconciliations.
4. Perform trade affirmation in Traiana and NYFIX with counterparties to minimize risk.
5. Monitor T+0 trade capture exceptions in Traiana and internally.
6. Process option assignments, expiries, and contras.
7. Assist with new product and fund launches.
8. Build scalable workflows and processes with automation in mind.
9. Develop projects to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3-10 years OTC Middle/Back-office experience covering trade processing, collateral, confirmations, settlements, cash, and reconciliations.
2. Proficiency in all types of listed products including options, equities, corporate actions, FX, and futures.
3. Proficiency in calculations supporting these asset classes.
4. Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, VBA, Python is a plus.
5. Ability to foster long-lasting organizational relationships and teamwork.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Experience with system and process improvements, and new business initiatives.
8. Knowledge of relevant technology and applications such as Excel, Traina, and Bloomberg.
