Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping, is seeking an Operations Analyst at its Toronto/Milton location. You will turn complex operating data into actionable insights, support leadership decisions, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution to drive performance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as an analyst, strong SQL/Power BI skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; VBA and Power Automate are a plus.

• 3+ years of analyst experience with auditing and data analytics.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
• Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
• Partner with teams across Uline - including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations - to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, with experience in auditing and data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI. Knowledge in VBA and Power Automate preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
