Job summary

Riva Recruiting is partnering with a leading global hedge fund expanding its derivatives operations team in Toronto. We seek two levels: early-career and senior, with comprehensive exposure to the OTC lifecycle.

You will own validation, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation across rates, credit, equity derivatives, options and FX, driving automation and scalable workflows. Growth and training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years for one role, or 5-13 years for the other, in OTC derivatives middle or back office.
• Experience on industry affirmation and matching platforms.
• Strong Excel. Python, VBA or Power BI is a real plus.
• Comfort with the calculations behind the products you cover.
