The rapidly changing payments landscape requires innovative supervision approaches. The Bank of Canada is implementing a Retail Payments Supervision (RPS) mandate under the Retail Payment Activities Act, overseeing retail payment service providers' compliance and operational risk management.
Master's degree with four years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience in financial risk management or policy development.
Level 5 in English and French (Fully Functional), with training available if needed.
The Bank offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of eight days per month onsite. Compensation ranges from $108,874 to $128,087, with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits, including extra vacation days.
