Responsibilities

• Fulfill on key operational risk management activities in the 1LOD BUORM team, including updating ORM program records in Archer.
• Validate job aids and desktop procedures for accuracy and consistency.
• Support change initiative risk assessment reviews and documentation of risk register references.
• Summarize and monitor 2LOD oversight requests and track policy adherence breaches.
• Assist in managing IT and Maverick findings centrally and communicate with stakeholders.
