Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, or related discipline in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of BC and operational resilience principles and industry practices.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity Plans and resilience frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational resilience and business continuity activities across assigned business areas.
• Drive continuous improvement of resilience capabilities, processes, and practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen resilience readiness.
• Partner with risk and governance to identify, assess, and mitigate resilience risks.
