Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Leader to develop and update best practices for process optimization within insurance and financial services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in individual insurance and/or financial services, and 2 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot (AI) and Power Platform.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
