Job summary

Autism Services seeks an experienced Operational Excellence professional to lead the implementation of Lean tools (5S, problem solving) and KPI tracking at McClean Lake on a 14 days in/14 days out rotating schedule. Expect long days, with some activity outside normal hours.

You will train and coach teams, generate reports and presentations, and support the OE Manager to develop and oversee the OE program. A background in Lean/Six Sigma and data visualization with Excel/Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to credentials in Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Operational Excellence tools and techniques and quantify results (e.g., 5S, problem solving, KPIs, Pareto).
• Facilitate problem solving sessions.
• Identify or create key performance indicators to measure performance and drive improvement.
• Engage with individuals to promote OE strategies and provide tool support.
• Train, implement and coach use of performance tools.
• Generate necessary reports and presentations.
• Assist the OE Manager with developing and overseeing the OE program.
