The role emphasizes strategic data analysis, change management, and strong collaboration with engineering and operations to achieve decarbonization targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, or a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of recent and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership with focus on driving change and innovation through data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce environmental impact, and maximize resource efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and other units to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable practices.
