The role involves assessing synergies, dis-synergies, costs, savings, carve-out implications, and engaging with management and advisors.

• Responsibilities
• Lead pre- and post-deal engagements, including merger integrations and carve-outs.
• Develop methodologies ensuring clarity and ownership within 100 days.
• Lead workstreams in the Integration Management Office.
• Manage large, complex client engagements across various industries.
• Conduct assessments of operational and strategic opportunities, including synergies and carve-outs.
• Contribute to business development activities.
• Qualifications
