  • Providing strategic oversight and support to a team of 130+ FTEs across centralized call centre and remote teams located across different regions.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to boost recovery rates, reduce delinquency, and mitigate bad debt.
  • Partnering with retail operations to align field and central collections strategies for greater impact.

  • Leading large, high-performing teams with a proven track record of success.
  • Applying strong business acumen and analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategy.
  • University degree or gaining equivalent practical experience.
  • Thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing while influencing cross-functional partners.
  • Navigating both centralized and decentralized collections models (an asset).
  • Understanding Canadian collections laws (a plus, but not required).

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
