Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Surgical Services including OR Booking Office and Minor Surgery.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff; manage budgets and performance reporting.
• Lead process improvements and partnerships with cross-functional teams to optimize resources.
