Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc in Ontario is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Kitchener & Waterloo region. You will represent Lindt, Ghirardelli and Russell Stover with professionalism and drive growth across retail banners, building retailer relationships and delivering measurable results.

Reporting to the Area Field Sales Manager, you will execute plans, analyze POS data, negotiate programs and ensure flawless in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years in consumer packaged goods sales is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build sales opportunities through relationship management.
• Execute Marketing and Sales Plans within the Territory to achieve sales targets.
• Respond to customer services issues during coverage.
• Provide feedback on territory issues to maximize effectiveness.
• Maintain customer database and update files regularly.
• Negotiate and review retail support programs, pricing and listings.
• Interpret store data and leverage it to increase program and incremental sales.
• Manage store-level merchandising and claims related to promotions.
