Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer for an onsite Toronto role. You will lead GUI design for web and mobile apps, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive user research from concept to test. You’ll apply Ontario Design System guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards to deliver inclusive, high-quality interfaces.

The position requires hands-on design, rapid prototyping, and workshops to align product vision with business goals, across desktop and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Must lead UX projects and design workshops with stakeholders
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications
• Ability to conduct user research from recruitment to synthesis
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools and WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience with Ontario Design System and digital service standards
