Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd seeks a Technical Support Representative (H135) to act as the on-site liaison between Airbus and a government customer. Based near the customer, you will provide real-time technical expertise and ensure mission readiness.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will manage customer technical interests, build relationships across levels, and translate field insights into actionable results for customer experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma in aircraft maintenance required; AME, M1/M2 licence required.
• Experience on Airbus H135 platform preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite technical support representative for the assigned government customer.
• Communicate with the customer via in-person, phone, email or technical databases to assist with questions on the H135 platform.
• Assist with troubleshooting, information requests, repair requests and technical requests.
• Report issues into Airbus WEBTEK for tracking and reporting.
• Develop schedules for technical and product training for the customer.
