Job summary

The Mosaic Company is hiring a Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic for on-site work at K2, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. You will inspect, install, maintain and repair mechanical equipment and plant systems, and work with drawings, prints, and manuals to meet safety and quality standards.

Starting wage is 63.56 CAD per hour under the local collective bargaining agreement. This role requires pre-employment checks and authorization to work in Canada; shift patterns include 5/5/4 or 9/80, with

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic's Certificate required.
• Knowledge of safe use of power and hand tools.
• Familiarity with cutting and welding practices.
• Ability to assess machine condition and take action.
• Pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical equipment on site.
• Dismantle, repair, and assemble plant equipment per specs.
• Operate equipment and read drawings, prints, and manuals.
• Train as needed and perform firefighting duties if required.
• Adhere to OH&S and environmental regulations.
