Job summary

EBC Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Project Estimator to work onsite on a major ICI project in North York. The role focuses on preparing estimates, studying plans, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and accurate tender documents.

The candidate will engage in bid pursuits, evaluate costs, and maintain budgeting data while collaborating with a dynamic team across Canada. This is a fulltime on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience producing estimates for ICI projects (industrial/commercial).
• Ability to study plans/specs and prepare tender documents.
• Ability to analyze costs of materials, labor, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Estimates for ICI project bids.
• Lead on hard bid pursuits and study plans/specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Review proposals to ensure scope completeness and compliance.
• Maintain a costing database for future budgeting.
