Job summary

Defence Construction Canada seeks a Coordinator, Facility Management to help manage facilities, maintenance contracts, and service providers supporting Canada's defence operations. You’ll work closely with Client-Partners, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure facilities remain safe, reliable, and efficient.

By becoming a DCC team member, you’ll contribute directly to maintaining the infrastructure that supports Canada's military personnel and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• College diploma in facility management or a related field.
• Certifications in engineering technology, real property management, or facility management are assets.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts & service providers for facility management, maintenance and minor construction.
• Supporting operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Reviewing maintenance plans for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Developing strong relationships with Client-Partners, contractors and internal teams.
