Job summary

Kenvue in Guelph, Ontario is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety programs on a fully on-site site. You will work with front-line teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive incident investigations, and support ISO 14001/45001 initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years of EHS experience in an industrial setting, a relevant degree, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
1–3 years of progressive EHS experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment; GMP-regulated environment preferred.
Experience implementing and auditing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems (preferred).
Experience in implementing EHS programs, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, procedures, and management systems.
Conduct hazard assessments, risk evaluations, workplace inspections, and job hazard analyses to identify risks and implement control measures.
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Partner with operational teams to promote a proactive safety culture and integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
