Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Audio-Visual (AV) support for conference rooms.
• Troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and managed meeting room devices.
• Perform basic network and infrastructure checks.
• Assist with printers and provide smart-hands support.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors.
