Canadian Viewpoint Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Online Project Management in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

This full-time hybrid role leads a team of Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver market research projects on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client service and collaboration across departments. The position requires a university degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management/market research preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching or supervising teams is strongly preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Oversee on-time and on-budget project delivery to meet client requirements.
• Manage resource planning and workload allocation across projects.
• Support client relationships and address escalated issues professionally.
• Identify and implement process improvements in project management workflows.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of team members as needed.
• Occasionally manage active projects directly depending on volume and capacity.
