The Online Meeting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all virtual meeting activities for AGS Edmonton. This includes managing Zoom accounts, scheduling and hosting meetings, assisting Special Interest Group (SIG) leaders, and maintaining a calendar of events to avoid scheduling conflicts. The Coordinator also prepares and updates user guides, trains volunteers and members, and collaborates with various branch leaders to ensure successful meetings.
