At Voilà Learning , we believe learning should be accessible, engaging, and meaningful for every child. As a Canadian non-profit organization, we partner with schools, governments, and community organizations to deliver educational programs that reflect the diverse communities we serve.
One of those programs is MetaLingo — our 3D virtual learning platform where children ages 2–15 connect as avatars to learn, explore, and build confidence together.
Funded by the Government of Canada, MetaLingo brings tutoring into an interactive virtual environment. As an Online Instructor, you’ll be one of the people who brings that experience to life by creating a welcoming and engaging space where students can learn and participate.

Depending on program needs and your availability, the role may provide up to 20 hours per week. Additional hours may include training/onboarding, team meetings, administrative responsibilities, and other program-related work outside of live tutoring sessions.
Because students rely on consistent instructors, we are looking for candidates who can maintain reliable weekly availability throughout the school year.
Because this is not just tutoring, you will have the opportunity to teach within an innovative 3D learning environment while contributing to a national educational initiative focused on accessibility, inclusion, and language learning.
If you enjoy working with students, are comfortable with technology, and want to be part of a new approach to online learning, we’d love to hear from you.
