Job Description :

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver / load orders to cars upon customer arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities :

• Pick and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work well under stress.
• Manage conflicts cooperatively and act with integrity.
• Support diverse customer needs, including minors, seniors, and those with special needs.

Qualifications :

• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
