Randstad Canada is hiring a Data Entry Specialist (Medical Records) for a full-time day shift in Burnaby, BC. You will review medical files and enter essential information into our database with 100% accuracy, supporting a smooth clinical workflow.

The role involves moving document cartons (30–50 lbs) as part of daily tasks, maintaining fast keystrokes and attention to detail. Great schedule with weekends off supports a focused, independent work environment.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry required.
• Able to verify data through double-entry checks.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lb cartons from 13"–45" heights.

Responsibilities

• Review medical files and enter key information into our database with high accuracy.
• Retrieve and move document cartons, bring them to the desk, process files, and return them (approx. 5–7 min cycle, up to 20 ft distance).
• Maintain a high keystroke speed while processing documents.

Data Entry Specialist (Medical Records)

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 5 days a week

Location: Burnaby, BC

Type: Full-time (9-hour days, includes a 30-min lunch + two 15-min breaks)

Responsibilities

• Data Processing: Review medical files and enter key information into our database with 100% accuracy.
• Keep the Flow Moving: Retrieve document cartons (30–50 lbs) from a pallet, bring them to your desk, process the files, and return them. (Happens about every 5–7 minutes, up to a 20-foot carry distance).
• Hit Your Goals: Maintain a high-frequency keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).

Qualifications

• Speed & Accuracy: Lightning-fast typing skills with a sharp eye for detail (all work goes through a double-key verification).
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, lower, and carry boxes weighing 30–50 lbs from heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
• Safety & Style: Presentable, workplace-appropriate attire and protective foot wear must meet the ASTM F2413-11 “Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear” with a “Better or Best” slip-resistant rating.

CA$20.00–CA$24.00 hourly
