Job summary

University Health Network seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. You will lead a main study and support multiple research projects under the Principal Investigator, coordinating data collection, regulatory submissions, and literature assessment.

Required are 3–5 years in clinical research, patient consent experience, and strong organizational skills. Oncology background and ICH/GCP knowledge are preferred. Temporary full-time role; 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in health or science required.
• 3–5 years clinical/professional experience required.
• 1–3 years clinical research experience required.
• Experience with patient contact and informed consent required.
• Experience with protocol/document development required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants and obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate visits and data collection per protocol.
• Assist with data entry and regulatory document maintenance.
• Contribute to protocol development, manuscripts, abstracts, and grant submissions.
• Supervise research students and provide guidance.
