Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director, Clinical Science – Oncology Clinical Development to provide scientific leadership across study design, data review, and interpretation within an oncology programme.

You will partner with a cross-functional team to ensure rigorous study design, data integrity, and robust regulatory submissions, while driving scientific excellence and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology clinical development, with oncology focus.
• Experience with protocol authoring, data review, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for study design, data review, and interpretation across oncology programmes.
• Serve as core member of Clinical Matrix Team ensuring scientific alignment of study objectives and timelines.
• Contribute to development of regulatory documents and submissions with rigorous scientific standards.
• Collaborate with investigators, external experts, and cross-functional teams to advance programme milestones.
