Job summary

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator, Oncology to bring oncology expertise beyond the bedside and educate healthcare professionals across the territory.

In this field-based role, you will build trusted relationships with nurses, navigators, pharmacists, and other professionals, delivering high-quality clinical education for safe treatment implementation. Oncology experience and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with oncology/hematology experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience including 2+ years in oncology.
• Oncology certification such as CON(C) or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncology professionals across defined geography.
• Deliver clinical training on disease state, treatment, adverse event management.
• Develop strategic territory plans aligned with training needs and objectives.
• Provide education through 1:1, small groups, and formal presentations.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional partners on training priorities.
