In this field-based role, you will build trusted relationships with oncology nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality clinical and scientific education that supports safe and effective treatment implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with oncology and/or hematology expertise who is passionate about education, scientific exchange, and advancing confidence in oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use strategic questioning and active listening to gather, document, and appropriately communicate field medical insights.
  • Identify common themes related to healthcare professional confidence, regional care-delivery gaps, and unmet educational needs to inform broader medical planning.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

  • Oncology and/or hematology experience required.
  • Oncology certification such as CON(C) or equivalent Canadian oncology nursing certification required or strongly preferred, based on market requirements.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data.
  • Experience delivering clinical or scientific education to healthcare professionals in 1:1, small-group, and/or formal presentation settings strongly preferred.
  • Advanced nursing degree is an asset.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, practical education for oncology healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with allied healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, strategic questioning, and active-listening skills.
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional field teams.
  • Ability to identify and appropriately communicate meaningful field insights and educational needs.
  • High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance and approved rules of engagement.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
