Job summary

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator, Oncology to extend oncology expertise beyond the bedside. This field-based role builds relationships with oncology nurses, nurse navigators, and pharmacists, delivering high-quality clinical and scientific education across Vancouver, BC and surrounding regions.

With 8+ years nursing experience in oncology/hematology, you will lead training on disease state, safe treatment implementation, and adverse event management, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and RN licensure active.
• 8+ years of professional nursing experience incl post-graduate oncology.
• Oncology certification (CON(C)) or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into education.
• Experience delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain external relationships with oncology nurses and allied professionals.
• Deliver clinical training on disease state, treatment, administration, and adverse event management.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with training needs.
• Provide education via 1:1, small groups, and formal presentations in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, and education teams to execute priorities.
• Travel regularly within Vancouver, BC territory and work field-based.
