Adecco is currently seeking a Onboarding Specialist for a remote, temporary role. In this position, you'll work directly with customers across Canada to guide them through the onboarding process, deliver impactful training, and ensure a smooth transition into using innovative software products. This is a fully remote opportunity, paying $23 per hour, and ideal for someone with experience in customer success, education, or software implementation.

• Pay rate : $23 / hour.
• Location : Remote
• Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Job type : Temporary until August 31,2025 | Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage onboarding for new customers, including scheduling, prep, and setup guidance.
• Provide live support to help users configure, adopt, and integrate the platform successfully.
• Host tailored training sessions, webinars, and craft documentation for user enablement.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step customer support.
• Offer expert advice on best practices, integrations, and platform setup.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-value and training effectiveness.
• Suggest and implement improvements in onboarding content and workflows.
• Collaborate on developing standard operating procedures and training materials.

Requirements :

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• 1-2 years in onboarding, implementation, or customer education roles.
• Strong communication and instructional design skills.
• Training or education experience is an asset.
• Comfort working remotely and independently.
• Proven tech savviness-especially troubleshooting and using tools like Salesforce, Scribe, LMS, or Gainsight.
• Exceptional customer service and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort with technical products and the ability to guide customers through product setup and configurations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
• A post-secondary education in Business, Education, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
