Government of PEI is seeking an ITSS Team Development Navigator for a 1-year temporary/full-time role. You will work with ITSS Management, Policy and HR to support onboarding and employee value proposition.

The position focuses on enhancing onboarding, reporting on gaps, and ensuring alignment with the Digital Strategy. Strong communication, teamwork, and IT awareness are essential; hybrid work options are available within PEI.

Qualificações

• An undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience supporting inclusion and team development.
• Experience with reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding and information access for ITSS staff.
• Enhance onboarding journeys through sessions and materials.
• Promote programs and services for ITSS members.
• Report gaps and opportunities for improvement in onboarding.
• Align work with ITSS Strategic Plan and Digital Strategy.
