Job summary

CIBC is seeking an Analyst in the Client Onboarding & Service team in Halifax to support onboarding and ongoing service for Large Corporate clients. You will coordinate account maintenance, cash management solution requests, and related documentation while working with Relationship Managers and internal partners to deliver timely, best‑in‑class service.

• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services and related processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey information professionally.
