Job summary

CIBC in Calgary is seeking an Analyst for the Client Onboarding & Service team to support Large Corporate clients with onboarding, account maintenance and cash management requests. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Cash Managers to ensure timely, accurate responses and a smooth client experience, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days on-site per week).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services and how to implement them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Large Corporate clients on general support inquiries and requests, coordinating with Relationship Managers and Cash Managers.
• Coordinate changes to account information and signing authorities, identify cross-selling opportunities and track progress of requests.
• Lead onboarding of new legal entities and cash management product implementations, ensuring required documentation is complete and transitions are smooth.
