Qualifications

• Proven reliability and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily welding tasks on steel and alloy components, including setup and maintenance of welding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to guide fabrication.
• Prepare, fit, and weld parts to specifications; inspect finished work for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams and follow health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication processes; perform shop duties when no welding jobs are available.
