Job summary

Savaria is seeking a field service technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and spa tub installations at customer sites. You will use proper tools, test equipment, and replacement parts while maintaining vehicle and tool inventories.

Travel within assigned territories is required and training will be provided to ensure safety and compliance. You will need a high school diploma and 2–4 years in a technical support or repair role in biomedical devices is an asset; healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-4 years in technical support or repair in biomedical devices is an asset.
• Experience in health care industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers per terms and conditions.
• Move spa tubs and perform electrical and plumbing installation at client locations.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory per Handicare guidelines.
• Submit accurate reports on time.
• Comply with safety regulations and infection control precautions.
• Occasionally assist training new hires.
