Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes timely setup of new customers in the program environment.
• Follows up on backorders and pre-packing products.
• Maintains current product knowledge and applies it when servicing customers.
• Serves as point of contact for escalating issues during product implementation and expedites resolutions.
• Maintains itinerary/site visit log and reviews metrics with manager weekly.
• Promotes product lines and services, supporting marketing campaigns as a subject-matter expert for vending solutions.
• Conducts weekly reviews with manager to discuss metrics and deliverables and attends customer meetings.
• Supports customers in keeping on-site services organized, processes orders, picks/packs, and pre-packs product.
• Contributes to lasting relationships with customers through knowledgeable communication and proactive problem solving to improve service and reduce costs.
