Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Consultant in Edmonton, Alberta for an 8-month contract. The role involves warehouse duties, accurate shipping/receiving of products, and operating a Reach Truck.

Ideal candidates are physically fit with 1+ year experience in shipping and inventory control, and able to handle cyclic counts and data entry in inventory systems. On-site work with standard hours applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving a Reach Truck is required (counter balance forklift experience not considered).
• Experience in Shipping & Inventory Control in a warehouse setting including cyclic counts and computer-based reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and ship orders within 24–48 hours or per service levels.
• Operate Reach Truck and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain and update shipping database and MOVES daily with shipment details.
• Receive stock, verify quantities, and provide packing slips for client recipients within 24 hours.
• Inventory management and warehouse organization; participate in safety inspections.
• Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email or in person.
