Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Standard Work, SPC.
• CAD, ERP, MES proficiency; data analytics a plus.
• Automation, robotics, PLCs, machine vision, Industry 4.0.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced manufacturing processes.
• Drive automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for smart manufacturing.
• Serve as technical authority in cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead kaizen events, RCA, and CAPA implementations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training guides.
• Optimize layouts, material flow, and takt time using Lean.
• Own KPIs such as yield, cycle time, scrap, and OEE.
• Lead capital projects including equipment selection, commissioning, validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards.
• Champion cost reduction via DFM and value engineering.
