Qualifications

• Strong skills in equipment and industrial maintenance for buildings.
• Solid troubleshooting to diagnose issues with building systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Hands-on maintenance & repair for mechanical, electrical, plumbing tasks.
• Trade certification or apprenticeship is an asset.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures.
• Good organization, time management and communication; work independently or in a team.
• Comfort with basic maintenance tools and lifting moderate loads.
• Experience in property maintenance or facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, suites, and common areas.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and fixtures, complete repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to resident service requests and coordinate with property management on work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and monitor building conditions.
• Support seasonal upkeep and follow safety policies while collaborating with site staff.
