Strong organizational and time-management skills; safety compliance.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Canada.
Formal horticulture training or certification desired.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across client properties.
Schedule crews, assign tasks, and monitor work quality.
Coordinate lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation checks, and seasonal cleanups.
Train and mentor team members; inspect equipment and vehicles.
