A leading equipment provider is seeking a motivated Resident Heavy Equipment Field Technician in Red Deer. This position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a journeyman certification. The technician will perform repairs, manage service workflows, and build strong customer relationships. You'll work independently while playing a key role in expanding the service presence in the region. Compensation includes performance bonuses based on efficiency and service area profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years construction or relevant equipment experience in the Field required.
• Comfortable using computers and diagnostic technology.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
• Manage daily service and parts workflow efficiently.
• Perform construction equipment diagnostics and repairs.
