Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, environmental services or hazardous waste management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manifests, waste profiling, labeling and shipping docs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Technical Services projects from planning through completion.
• Prepare quotes, manifests, packing lists, labels, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate field staff, schedules, and resources.
• Assess safety and operational requirements for projects.
• Handle and package hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, transportation and safety regulations.
• Support lab packs and customer site services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
