Job summary

SIA Innovations is seeking an Office Controller to own day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will supervise a small corporate services team and report to the Vice President – Services. The role requires ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting across multi-currency operations.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and accounting degree; 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and ERP/budgeting tool proficiency.
• Ability to lead a small corporate services team and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership.
• Coordinate operating budgets, track variances, and analyze financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in back-office processes.
• Supervise accounting, HR, and office admin team.
• Advise management on budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
