Job summary

Merit Ontario seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews and manage electrical projects across Ontario. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time and within budget, while coordinating with project managers and clients on-site.

Applicants should have 7+ years of on-site electrical experience and hold a valid 309A license, Fire Alarm and First Aid Certifications. This full-time role requires travel between job sites and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of on-site electrical experience.
  • Hold a 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License.
  • Fire Alarm Certification and First Aid Certification required.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field crews and active job sites
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all work meets ESA standards and company expectations
  • Manage labour, materials, and daily site operations
  • Communicate with project coordinator, project manager, clients and other trades
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site
  • Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing project needs

What You'll Do
