Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an electrical/mechanical assembler.
• Exceptional ability to interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints or other instructions.
• Solid understanding of operating procedures.
• Able to use a multimeter.
• Physically capable of standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Travel to the U.S. and Canada for 30% of the time upon commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Position or align components and parts manually or with hoists.
• Use hand tools, power tools, or machines to assemble parts.
• Conduct quality control checks and verify specifications.
• Maintain production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document actions and maintain inventory as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace clean.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
