Job summary

Kibbi in Alberta is seeking an experienced hair stylist to join our on-site team. You will cut, trim, style, shampoo, and provide hair treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining records of services and supplies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a secondary school diploma, strong client focus, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 2–3 years of hair styling experience.
• On-site work in Alberta; no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments.
• Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences.
• Shampoo customers' hair.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
• Provide hair treatments, such as waving, straightening and tinting, and scalp massages.
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair.
• Suggest hairstyles compatible with client features and preferences.
• Maintain and order supplies.
• Maintain accurate records.
