Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a Technical Services Representative to provide on-farm technical support for broiler producers within RWA/Organic programs. This role travels frequently farm-to-farm and acts as a liaison among producers, sales, procurement, live operations and external partners to share best practices and troubleshoot challenges.

The position requires a post-secondary degree in Agriculture/Animal Science or related field, 1–2 years poultry experience, and strong communication and

• 1–2 years poultry sales or technical experience.
• Strong initiative to identify improvements and drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• On-farm technical liaison for RWA/Organic programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Live Operations to improve broiler performance.
• Develop and implement management techniques and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate placement and shipping schedules with Sales to meet commitments.
• Build cross-functional relationships and support cost-out and field performance.
