Job summary

Voyago is seeking responsible and compassionate individuals to join our team of on demand part-time drivers in the Greater Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, Niagara-On-The-Lake, and Niagara Falls.

As an on demand service driver, you will provide safe, door-to-door transportation, assist passengers with mobility needs, and perform quick vehicle checks at the start of each shift. This role supports mobility for vulnerable passengers in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass vulnerable sector screening.
• Experience assisting passengers with mobility needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide door-to-door service and assist passengers with boarding and mobility devices.
• Ensure passenger safety and secure mobility aids during transit.
• Provide fare, schedule, and stop information with professional communication.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and WOW! customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
