Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, lighting and alarm systems.
• Basic knowledge of the main building trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the premises.
• Organize and carry out maintenance work by performing Maintenance Workman Class II duties.
• Ensure that the maintenance apparatus and equipment are kept in good condition.
• Inspect and verify lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Carry out or ensure that the required preventive upkeep is carried out.
• Repair doors, windows, furniture and other minor items.
• May assemble and install material.
• May coordinate, supervise, and oversee the work of other nonspecialized employees.
